PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A 3-year-old boy has died about a month after he was spotted floating in a central Phoenix apartment complex pool, Phoenix police confirmed Monday. The victim’s name has not been released. The Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner ruled drowning the cause of death, police said.
