The Butler County Coroner was called to a fatal crash Friday afternoon at a notorious intersection in Penn Township. The two-vehicle accident happened just after 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Route 8 and Airport Road. The roadway was shut down just before 1 p.m., dispatchers said a truck and a minivan collided.
