INDIANTOWN, Fla. (CBS12) — A pickup truck stopped on a gateless railroad track was struck by an Amtrak train Saturday in Indiantown. According to the Martin County Sheriff's Office (MCSO), the crash happened at the SW Amaryllis Street crossing, where the track is not protected by a gate or flashing signal.
