APPLEBEE’S is celebrating a fresh start with a grand opening ceremony for a new restaurant after the old site burnt down. PAWTUCKET, R.I. (WJAR) — There's been a slight change in a Pawtucket neighborhood after residents shared concerns about speeding drivers on their street. The change comes after there have been several instances of drivers crashing into resident's homes, porches, and parked cars in the 800 block of Roosevelt Avenue over the years.
