RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A section of Capital Boulevard in Raleigh has reopened after a three-vehicle crash Friday evening, officials said. According to the North Carolina Department of Transportation, the crash happened just before 5:30 p.m. in the southbound side of U.S. 1 (Capital Boulevard) near Gresham Lake Road.
