Woman sentenced to federal prison for threats of mass violence
RALEIGH, Wake County — A woman who made a series of violent threats, including plans of a mass shooting in Raleigh, has been sentenced to more than a year in federal prison. Ashley Moore was sentenced to one year and one month behind bars, followed by three years of supervised release. Moore previously pleaded guilty in January to transmitting a threat in interstate commerce.
