Deputies Arrest Three In Traffic Stop
SELMA, N.C. — Johnston County sheriff’s deputies arrested three people during a traffic stop April 7 on Davis Homestead Road. According to the sheriff’s office, the driver, James Robert Andrews, 56, of Smithfield, was allegedly found with a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine in his pocket. He was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
