RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - On the City of Reno Council agenda for Wednesday March 11th is a potential ordinance change requiring nonprofits to register with the city. Right now, nonprofits do not have to obtain a business license as they are already required to file annual registrations with the Nevada Secretary of State.
