GATES, NY — Two Rochester men have been arrested in connection with a shooting at a movie theater parking lot nearly 10 months ago. Javeon Jackson-Grisham, 19, of Rochester, and Beau Brown, 19, of Rochester, were arrested Friday by the Gates Police Department with assistance from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.
