BELOIT, Wis. (WMTV) - A house in Beloit caught fire after its chimney was struck by lightning Friday afternoon, according to officials. The City of Beloit Fire Department responded to a house fire around 12 p.m. Friday after lightning struck a chimney and started a fire in the attic in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue.
