OREGON, Ill. (WIFR) - A woman creates a fundraiser to support her brother who broke his neck when he dove into a pool. According to the GoFundMe, Nathan Avery dove into a pool June 17 and hit the bottom, breaking his neck and shattering his C5 vertebrae, paralyzing him from the chest down.
