PEARL CITY, Ill. (WIFR) - The National Weather Service confirms an EF-1 tornado hit northwest of Pearl City on Wednesday. The NWS says the twister lasted from 7:39 to 7:43 p.m., hitting peak winds of up to 105 mph, going for 2.4 miles with a maximum width of 100 yards.
