(WIFR) - With its cat room busting at the seams, Winnebago County Animal Services hosts “Fall for a Feline,” a reduced-fee cat adoption event. “With over 110 cats in our building we are completely out of space,” said adoption and volunteer program coordinator, Amber Pinnon, said in a news release.
