ROCHELLE, Ill. (WIFR) - One child recovers from minor injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Wednesday. Around 3:30 p.m., Feb. 11, police and EMS went out to a report that two juveniles had been hit by a car at the intersection of School Avenue and Turkington Terrace, near Rochelle Middle School.
