SACRAMENTO, Calif — A 17-year-old is missing. The Sacramento Police Department says he was last seen in North Natomas. Police said Talum Perryman is missing; he is 5’10”, weighs around 210 pounds, and has black hair with brown eyes. He is considered at-risk due to a mental health condition.
