BELLEVILLE, Ill. (First Alert 4) -A woman was taken into custody after a man was shot and killed in Belleville on Monday night. Officers were called to the 600 block of State Street shortly before 8:30 p.m. for a report of a man who had been shot near the entrance to a home. The man was later pronounced dead.
