SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — A semi-truck hauling bread caught fire while driving on westbound Interstate 80 in Parleys Canyon. Officials with the Utah Department of Transportation initially reported a crash near mile point 133 just before 4 a.m. However, it was later clarified to be a single-vehicle fire, not a collision.
