Driver arrested for DUI after fleeing, crashing in West Valley City
WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (KUTV) — A 23-year-old was arrested for driving under the influence and fleeing officers with the West Valley Police Department. According to court documents, an officer attempted a traffic stop on a vehicle being driven by Joe Hernandez. He allegedly “failed to stop despite the emergency lights being activated on officer's clearly marked "POLICE" vehicle,” the documents read.
