SAN ANTONIO — The body of a woman police believe was experiencing homelessness was found in a north-side drainage ditch, SAPD says. Police were called out to the 300 block of Springwood Lane around 2:30 p.m. Monday evening. Once there, they found a body belonging to a woman estimated to be in her 50s.
