CERRITOS – The family of a man shot to death at a Cerritos sports park on Aug. 31 has established a fundraiser to assist them at this difficult time. The man has been identified as 21-year-old Jose Tellez, who was killed alongside 17-year-old Eliseo Sandoval Valverde, who was a student at Chula Vista High School.
