ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. (FOX26) — More than four decades after her death, the woman known as Laguna Beach Jane Doe has been identified as Virginia Irene Nelson. Nelson, who was 46 at the time of her death, was killed in a hit-and-run crash on the Pacific Coast Highway in 1982.
