32-year-old man dies in ICE custody in Arizona
PHOENIX — A man died in the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Arizona, according to information from the agency. Lorenzo Antonio Batrez Vargas, a 32-year-old citizen of Mexico, was pronounced dead on Aug. 31, officials said. The cause of his death is not known at this time.
