PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Phoenix police announced on Friday that they arrested the last person they were looking for in connection with the murder of a teen boy last month. Officers say they arrested 20-year-old Charles Stokes, Jr. on Thursday. He was booked into jail on first-degree murder and armed robbery charges.
