Chief Antonio DeVaul of the Takoma Park Police Department announced the arrest of Carlos Escamilla, 44, of no fixed address, in connection with a stolen vehicle investigation. According to police, officers conducted a traffic stop after receiving an alert for a stolen vehicle. Takoma Park Communications confirmed the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Montgomery County.
