SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — A funding bill that would offer up to $15 million to the Sioux Falls and Rapid City airports is now on its way to the Governor’s desk. Senate Bill 76 would authorize loans from the South Dakota housing infrastructure fund for airport infrastructure.
