Man arrested in connection to over 20-year cold case
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — An arrest has been made in connection to a cold case that has gone unsolved for over 20 years. Steven Ulrich, 69, is charged with first-degree murder and, alternatively, second-degree murder of Beverly Ulrich. He’s being held at the Meade County Jail on a $500,000 cash bond.
