Should he be elected governor, Dusty Johnson is promising to bring a long-standing tradition back to Pierre and Fort Pierre. In 2019, former Governor Kristi Noem announced she’d be moving the Governor’s Hunt from Pierre to Sioux Falls in 2020 and rebranding the event as the Governor’s Hunt and Sportsmen’s Showcase.
