Sioux Falls home sales drop, prices rise
Closed sales for houses in Sioux Falls dropped more than 20 percent in September versus the same time last year, while prices trended up. There were 174 homes sold last month in the city, compared with 220 a year ago, according to the Realtor Association of the Sioux Empire Inc.
