‘Renaissance man’ Bill Hottell lived a full life. UPDATE: December 24, 2025 at 11:55 p.m. The man suspected of a hit-and-run incident on Tuesday made his first court appearance Wednesday. He is facing charges of vehicular assault and hit and run. The victims' injuries are reported to be non-life threatening. However, they did suffer brain and abdominal bleeding.
