Detectives have arrested two suspects in connection to an alleged targeted shooting in east Stockton that left one person dead.

On August 7, 2025, San Francisco Police responded to a shooting at Golden Gate Avenue and Jones Street. Officers found a victim with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect, identified as Vincent Thompson of Oakland, left the scene before police arrived.
