SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse Mayor Sharon Owens is rolling out a plan to shift away from a car-centric city. City officials and planning consultants drafted a “Climate Action Plan” to guide the Owens administration’s policies on environmental sustainability.
