Man fatally shot in Syracuse lost his 15-year-old son in 2024 shooting
Syracuse, N.Y. — A man fatally shot on a street on Syracuse’s South Side on Wednesday afternoon was the father of a teen who died in a shooting two years ago. The victim of this week’s shooting was Deron L. McGee, 39, of Syracuse, according to Kieran Coffey, a spokesperson for Syracuse police.
