SYRACUSE, NY — A man was arrested following a month-long narcotics investigation by New York State Police and the Violent Gang and Narcotics Enforcement Team. Christopher L. Smith, 38, of Syracuse, was taken into custody Friday after investigators executed search warrants at a South Edwards Avenue residence and on Smith himself.
