$1.2M settlement OK’d for family of man shot, killed by Phoenix PD
                    The Phoenix City Council approved a $1.2 million settlement to the family of Henry Wayne Rivera, who police shot and killed in 2019 during a search for a shooting and kidnapping suspect. Stephanie Duprey reports.
