PHOENIX – One person was killed and two others were injured in a head-on collision in west Phoenix early Thursday, authorities said. Officers responded to an injury collision near 67th Avenue and Osborn Road, between Indian School and Thomas roads, around 2:30 a.m., according to the Phoenix Police Department.
