TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A Toledo man charged in multiple arson cases is now accused of killing a missing woman whose remains were found in a burned-down home. William McKinley was indicted by a Lucas County grand jury on Jan. 27. Court filings said he is charged with murder and two counts of aggravated arson.
