TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) - A Toledo man was arrested on Nov. 6 for allegedly throwing a brick at someone’s car and at the windows of their house on Nov. 5. According to court records, Jordan Carter was arrested on Nov. 6 for criminal damaging. At the time of his arrest, Carter also had a warrant for swatting.
