Waterville to add 15 mph limit on shared-use paths
WATERVILLE – With the increased presence – and speeds – of e-bikes on shared-use paths, Waterville City Council will decide on whether to enact a speed limit of 15 mph. Council held the first of three readings on an ordinance during its April 27 meeting, when Administrator Jon Gochenour shared that the city has received complaints about motorized e-bikes.
