PERRYSBURG, Ohio (WTVG) - The Town Center at Levis Commons is expected to be sold to retail giant Tanger. Hill Partners Inc., which owned the Perrysburg open-air mall, announced the upcoming sale Wednesday. Tanger operates outlet centers throughout the country, and was looking to expand their open-air retail portfolio.
