A 63-year-old man who was hit and killed by a car in Northeast Portland’s Wilkes neighborhood last week has been publicly identified. David W. Meador was found lying in the street in the 14900 block of Northeast Siskiyou Court at 11:12 p.m. on April 16. Emergency responders declared him dead at the scene.
