NORFOLK, Va. — Crews with Norfolk Fire-Rescue responded to a reported structure fire early Sunday morning on Oak Grove Road. According to officials, units were dispatched at 2:23 a.m. to the 100 block of Oak Grove Road for reports of a detached garage on fire.
