Norfolk Police arrested Nakia L. Evans, 31, after a shooting on September 28, 2025, in the 7900 block of Chesapeake Boulevard. Officers responded at 2:06 a.m. and found a 42-year-old man with non-life-threatening injuries. The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
