RIVIERA BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — 128 new "no-parking" signs have sprouted on Garden Road, curbing what officials call a decade of semi-truck parking causing chaos near the Port of Palm Beach. The signs are on a stretch of Garden Road between MLK Jr. Boulevard and West Blue Heron Boulevard.
