The popular Wichita Wagyu recently opened a second eastside location at 10310 E. 13th St. in the Waterfront near Newk’s Eatery and Bonefish Grill. Wichita Wagyu’s first location at 8641 W. 13th St. N. opened in 2024. Both stores are owned by Clay Hoberecht who had been wanting to open a second location.
