The City of Emporia is preparing for the next phase of construction to replace an over century-old storm sewer that partially collapsed earlier this year.

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Update: Wichita police are asking for help locating a person of interest in a homicide investigation in the 300 block of South Tyler. Officers responded to a shooting incident in the 300 block of South Tyler and found a 24-year-old female with gunshot wounds. She died at the scene.
