WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - 12 News has confirmed that an orange flyer found in Riverside Park urging people to call 911 on homeless encampments was not posted by the city. The flyer directs people in the park to call 911 if they find homeless encampments on public property. The city said it did not post the flyer.
