WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - The Wichita Police Department identified a man who died after being shot on Saturday evening outside a laundromat in the 900 block of South Seneca, in southwest Wichita. Police said that 42-year-old Jason Todd died at a local hospital after officers found him severely injured in a parking lot, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
