Impaired driver strikes 12 vehicles with tractor-trailer in Delaware, police say
A tractor-trailer driver was arrested after police said he struck 12 parked vehicles, a street sign and four mailboxes in a Delaware neighborhood all while impaired. According to New Castle County Police, officers responded to the 100 block of Melodic Drive in the Harmony Woods community in Newark, at around 5:14 a.m.
