A town-wide burn ban is now in effect in Leland starting Monday, March 30 at 12 p.m., continuing until further notice. The ban prohibits all burning within 100 feet of an occupied structure inside town limits. The same restrictions apply to unincorporated areas of Brunswick County within the Leland Fire District.
