PENDER COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) - All northbound lanes on U.S. 421 at the Pender County and New Hanover County line are reopened, according to a WECT crew on the scene. According to Pender EMS, an 18-wheeler was stuck across the road and was blocking the northbound lanes in the area.
