WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) - The City of Wilmington is giving the gift of free parking in downtown Wilmington this week for the holidays. According to the city, free on-street parking will be available Wednesday, Dec. 24, through Friday, Dec. 26. Parking rates will return to normal on Dec. 27.
